two new creations you’ve got to try

I’ve been experimenting of late trying to come up with some tasty yet healthy treats. Below are two of my creations!


  • full fat plain organic yogurt
  • scoop chia seed
  • scoop whey
  • tablespoon coconut oil
  • frozen organic raspberries
  • tablespoon ground flax seed
  • splash of full fat organic milk

This is a yummy but low in sugar treat that I think I could enjoy just about anytime of the day although this morning it was my breakfast!

My other creation:

I made this bad boy for dessert last night. Very little sugar and soooo yummy.


  • fresh berries
  • organic heavy whipping cream
  • vanilla
  • tablespoon honey
  • organic dark chocolate shavings

I’m not going to lie, it was probably one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time!

    Looks yummy! You should also try Almond Milk for the smoothie. I think it’s much better and healthier for you!

      Oh that sounds awesome! Sadly I’m allergic to almonds, otherwise I’d be all over that! Thanks for the suggestion!

    Oh bummer!!!! Well then stay away from the Almond Milk! LOL!
