I’ve been experimenting of late trying to come up with some tasty yet healthy treats. Below are two of my creations!
Ingredient:
- full fat plain organic yogurt
- scoop chia seed
- scoop whey
- tablespoon coconut oil
- frozen organic raspberries
- tablespoon ground flax seed
- splash of full fat organic milk
This is a yummy but low in sugar treat that I think I could enjoy just about anytime of the day although this morning it was my breakfast!
My other creation:
I made this bad boy for dessert last night. Very little sugar and soooo yummy.
Ingredience:
- fresh berries
- organic heavy whipping cream
- vanilla
- tablespoon honey
- organic dark chocolate shavings
I’m not going to lie, it was probably one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time!
